Lolo Farm's Baked Chicken Spaghetti




Ingredients


1/4 cup oil

2 tbsp garlic, chopped

1/2 cup onions, chopped

1/2 cup *Chorizo de Bilbao, chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup tomato sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

3 cups chicken broth

1/4 cup seasoning sauce

1 can cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup grated cheese

3 cup chicken, flaked (tip: buy Lechon Manok and flake that)

1 whole box spaghetti noodles, break in half

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated


Procedure


Boil the noodles in salted water according to package directions. When done, drain.

Sauté garlic and onions in oil. Add in the chopped chorizo de bilbao and sauté for a minute. Add in red and green bell peppers.

Add in tomato sauce and paprika.

Cook tomato sauce for about a minute. Add in chicken broth, seasoning liquid, cream of mushroom soup, and grated cheese. Mix well.

Add in flaked chicken mix again.

Finally combine cooked spaghetti noodles with the sauce.

Pour everything into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.

Serve.


Glossary


Chorizo de Bilbao - Spanish sausage with a strong flavor used for cooking dishes. It is generally made from pork and beef with lots of paprika.
